What retailers need
Clean shopfronts, floors, displays, fitting rooms and customer washrooms. Presentation drives sales, and a tired-looking shop loses customers to the competition.
How we work
We plan cleaning around your trading hours within our 8am to 6pm window, with regular window cleaning to keep glazing clear.
Town centres and retail parks
We clean shops on high streets across south Essex, from Rayleigh and Leigh-on-Sea to Billericay and Brentwood, as well as units on retail parks.
Planning around opening hours
Shops are busiest when customers are in, so we work out with you whether a visit before opening, during a quiet spell or after closing suits best, within our 8am to 6pm hours. Stockrooms, staff areas and customer toilets are included only if you want them, and everything is written into the specification after a site visit. Describe the customer route from the pavement into the sales area. Display glass, entrance mats and fitting rooms can need different attention from a stockroom that customers never see. Knowing which facilities are available to shoppers helps distinguish public presentation from the routine required in employee-only areas.
Glass, entrances and floors
Shop windows and doors pick up fingerprints and street dirt quickly, and entrance matting carries grit onto the floor. Regular window cleaning and attention to the entrance area make the biggest difference to how a shop looks from the pavement. Carpeted showrooms can have periodic carpet cleaning added. For a showroom, explain whether the main floor is carpeted or hard surfaced and where visitors tend to walk. Periodic deep cleaning can be discussed for carpeting while ordinary visits cover the agreed daily or weekly tasks. Those are separate decisions, even when they are arranged through the same contact.
Speak to the owners
You deal directly with Jason or Lucas Prior, a family business, so any change to your opening times or layout can be agreed with one phone call to 07774 252535. Opening times are only part of the picture. Tell us about quieter trading periods and whether deliveries use the customer entrance or another door. A change to displays can also alter the surfaces accessible for cleaning. Discussing those practical details helps keep the scope relevant as the shop changes.
