Rayleigh, Hockley and the Castle Point towns
This part of south Essex lies just west of our office in Rochford. Hockley, Hawkwell and Ashingdon are about two miles away, Rayleigh about four, and the Castle Point towns of Thundersley, Hadleigh, Benfleet and Canvey Island between five and seven. It is mostly residential, with a market-town High Street in Rayleigh, local parades in Hockley and Benfleet, and working trading estates in between.
Much of it is green at the edges. Hockley Woods lies beside Hockley, and Daws Heath has its own woodland between Hadleigh and Thundersley. Further south, Canvey Island is reached over the creek from Benfleet.

It can. If your home backs onto woodland, leaves may build up in the gutters more often than on an open road, so the gap between visits should reflect that. Our vacuum and camera let you see the gutter before and after.
