Our office is on West Street in Rochford town centre, which makes Southend-on-Sea, Leigh-on-Sea and the villages around Rochford the closest part of south Essex to us. Eastwood and Prittlewell are about two miles away, the Southend seafront about three, and Shoeburyness and Great Wakering about five.
The area divides quite naturally in two. Along the estuary runs a busy, built-up stretch from Leigh through Chalkwell and Westcliff to Southend town centre, Southchurch and Shoeburyness, packed with shops, offices, terraces and blocks of flats. North and east of Rochford the picture changes to small villages such as Stambridge, Canewdon, Barling and the Wakerings, and the scattered rural settlement of Paglesham, where homes far outnumber business premises.

Do you cover the villages east of Rochford?
