What offices need
Clean desks and floors, spotless kitchens and washrooms, and a reception that impresses visitors. We agree a specification that reflects how your office is used, including quieter days for hybrid teams.
How we work
Regular scheduled visits within our 8am to 6pm hours, with periodic carpet cleaning and window cleaning available alongside. You deal directly with Jason or Lucas Prior.
Why it matters
A clean office supports staff wellbeing, reduces the spread of everyday germs and makes a better impression on clients and recruits.
Starting with a walk-round
Before anything is priced, Jason or Lucas visits the office to see the rooms, floors and facilities in person. Small practices often have a reception, a few private rooms and a kitchenette; larger business-park offices may have open-plan floors, meeting suites and several washrooms. The written specification that follows lists each area and how often it is cleaned, so everyone knows what to expect. When describing a workplace, distinguish its headcount from the number of desks actually occupied each day. Visitors may still use reception and meeting rooms when employee attendance is low. That distinction helps the person arranging the work explain where presentation matters and where the amount of use varies.
Fitting cleaning around the working week
Some offices prefer a visit at the start of the day before staff arrive; others would rather the cleaners came once most people have gone home, within our 8am to 6pm hours. Hybrid teams may only need certain rooms done on busy days. We agree the pattern with you and adjust it if the way you use the building changes. Prepare a room list before the inspection, including shared facilities rather than only the main office floor. Identify internal glass and any carpeted areas you would like deep cleaned periodically. Those details can be discussed as additions instead of being mistaken for tasks on every routine visit.
Insurance and standards
We hold public liability insurance up to £10,000,000. If you are not satisfied with a visit, tell us and we will put it right; our cleaners will not leave until you are happy. If you already have a cleaning company, tell us when that arrangement ends and we can plan the handover. If another company uses the same entrance, say which spaces you are responsible for. A practice above a shop and a self-contained business-park floor can have quite different access arrangements. A change of layout or attendance is worth discussing with the owners so the work continues to fit the premises.
