What industrial sites need
Offices, canteens, changing rooms and washrooms used by busy teams, often across shifts. Cleaning needs to be practical, hygienic and reliable.
How we work
We agree which areas are included, such as offices, welfare and washrooms, and plan visits around your working pattern. An industrial building’s total size does not tell us which spaces you want cleaned. Explain whether the request includes administrative rooms, changing facilities, a canteen or operational hard floors. Some units need a focused welfare routine; others want selected warehouse areas considered alongside those rooms.
Warehouse cleaning
Warehouses bring their own challenges: large floor areas, dust that settles on racking edges and ledges, forklift routes and loading bays that track dirt inside, and welfare facilities used by staff on different shifts. Our warehouse cleaning starts with a walk-round so we can agree what is included, whether that is the office and mezzanine, the canteen, changing rooms and washrooms, or hard floors in picking and packing areas. Visits are planned around deliveries and working patterns so goods keep moving. Outside, loading areas, yards and entrances can be pressure washed through our commercial exterior cleaning, and high-level glazing added through commercial window cleaning. Identify routes used by goods and those used by people before discussing visit times. A loading bay, office entrance and staff access door may have different busy periods. That information helps the cleaning enquiry account for the operation without assuming that every part of the site is available at once.
Estates we know
We work across south Essex industrial areas, including estates in Rochford, Rayleigh, Basildon, Wickford, Canvey Island and Thurrock. For periodic outside work, separate the yard or entrance paving from internal flooring. High-level windows likewise require their own access discussion. Bringing those requests to the inspection makes the proposed programme easier to understand than a single phrase such as warehouse cleaning, which could otherwise mean very different things.
