What happens after you get in touch

When you call or send the form, you will speak to Jason or Lucas Prior, who run Direct Cleaning Services as a family business. We will ask a few questions about the property: where it is, what needs cleaning and roughly how large it is. For homeowners that might be a driveway, patio, render or gutters; for businesses it might be regular office or commercial cleaning, or one-off exterior work such as cladding.

We then arrange a convenient time to visit. Seeing the job in person lets us check access, surfaces and any problem areas, so the price we give is accurate and there are no surprises later. Commercial customers receive a written specification listing the areas to be cleaned and how often.

Where we are

Our office is at 1st Floor Offices, 16-18 West Street, Rochford, Essex SS4 1AJ. We cover roughly 20 to 30 miles around Hockley, including Southend-on-Sea, Rayleigh, Basildon, Brentwood, Chelmsford, Maldon and Thurrock. If you are not sure whether your address is covered, just ask.

Helpful details to have ready

A postcode, a rough idea of size and a couple of photos of the area to be cleaned help us prepare for the visit. Businesses may also want to mention opening hours, how many people use the building and when any current cleaning arrangement ends, so a handover can be planned.
